The hotel is clean with pleasant views and an ideal location near the rail station. the units are great-sized and newly remodelled. the staff were amiable in the morning when we wanted to speak to the manager. the bed was comfy, and the breakfast was delicious.

Rooms with twin beds are neat and affordable, check-in is straightforward and parking is available on-site.

It was surely a good stay for one night. Many things to mention - everything was clean, decent food, pleasant views. The folks working here were efficient and amicable. The room was really perfect and compact, large beds. Could use an electric kettle, TV and a radio. Moreover, it was great to have Wi Fi.

The breakfast offers plenty of delicious food, and the location is stunning in a lovely area with eateries and restaurants nearby, and there were interesting architectural features with units from where the water was coming. I loved my warm room with bedroom. The staff was pleasant, competent all the time. The location was handy, not too far from St Peter's.

You can see that the glory days of the place are over, but there is an upscale shopping street. Very nice park or gardens. Hotel clean but also old.

Beds and mattresses would have to be new again.

I liked my large room with a nice touch, TV, for instance. the staff were exceptionally nice and super friendly, always there to help. - the hotel's location was excellent, just a perfect walk away from cafes and pubs.

The hotel was a chilled-out base for sightseeing in Leamington Spa. We had much fun and the staff was exceptionally nice and very pleasant, especially in the morning when we wanted to speak to the manager. It is a well-priced and pretty standard hotel with a very central setting in an alleyway. it is really close to a pub that has stomping music until 01:30 am on Saturday night into Sunday morning, the shopping centre, and next door to the railway station.

The hotel is modern and stylish. Convenient location near the railway station, Victoria Park, downtown Leamington, shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. - Being close to Art in the Park was a fantastic bonus.
